All information that is required to be securely disposed of is processed in accordance with legal obligations.

All security breaches will be investigated, and individuals affected will be notified.

The information that you share with me will remain confidential, this includes both written and verbal communication. I have a legal obligation to protect information, however, there are certain circumstances under which I will share information about you. This includes:

1. Where you have given me written permission to share information, such as informing your emergency contact of an emergency, or a referral.

2. Where I consider you to be at risk of harming yourself or someone else.

3. Where your counselling records have been requested by a court of law.

4. Where I consider a child to be at risk or a significant crime may be or has been committed.

5. At times, I may also disclose aspects of our work together with my professional supervisor. Your details will be de-identified in the course these discussions.

Talk 2 Heal will never disclose your personal details to a third party. We may use the information that you provide to improve marketing services.
